We found this game on Pinterest and it is  perfect for a ballerina party.  This is just like the typical party game of pin the tail on the donkey.  For a ballerina party, each girl is blindfolded and tries to pin the point shoe on the ballerina.

Princess Party Games: Stepping Stones

This game will work with any theme party. Stepping stones can be made out of card stock and laminated or you can buy actual stones in craft or home improvement stores. Cover each stone with a graphic from your party theme. Arrange them in a circle. Play music and children walk around the outside. Wehn music stops they must stand on a stone. Take one away each time. Princess Party Games: Find the Fairy

Everybody Wins! If the children are young you can confine the hunt to one room with some silly music. Pick a small item that goes with your theme--small fairies with a fairy princess party. Hide 1 fairy before the party starts for each guest. When you are ready to play tell the children to look for a fairy when the mustic starts--be sure to tell them to find just one. This game is included in our Fairy Princess Garden Party.
